Ekiti state Governor, Ayo Fayose has withdrawn a lawsuit he filed against 19 All Progressives Congress, APC lawmakers seeking to impeach him. PUNCH reported that Justice Mohammed on Wednesday struck out the suit filed by Fayose and three others after their counsel, Mr. Adeola Adedipe, informed the court that he had filed a notice of discontinuance of the suit on behalf of his clients. A similar suit filed by his seven supporters, who are members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the state House of Assembly, is still pending before Justice Evoh Chukwu of the same Federal High Court in Abuja.
