Few hours after President Goodluck Jonathan ordered the release of the full Report of PWC Forensic Audit on Missing $20billion Oil Money, PREMIUM TIMES has obtained the 199-paged report. 

The President gave the order a day after Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria's president-elect said he'll investigate the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC over the allegedly missing $20billion. Sanusi Lamido Sanusi now Emir of Kano had raised alarm of the missing money during his tenure as Governor Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN.
