APC Governors Submit 3 Names Each For Buhari's Ministerial List

Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC have reportedly submitted names for Muhammadu Buhari's ministerial list. VANGUARD reports that the process followed a directive from Buhari to the governors to forward the names of candidates. Three names from each states are to be submitted.  Buhari however gave the governors two conditions for every name submitted; the candidates must be technically competent and of proven integrity and must also show loyalty to the APC.
