Kate Middleton gives birth to another royal, and it's a girl

Britain has a new little princess.

The new royal baby arrived at 8:34 a.m. in London, royal officials said. The baby weights eight pounds, 3 ounces and entered the world surrounded by the royal family. "Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well," the Kensington Palace Twitter account wrote.

Kate Middleton was admitted to St. Mary’s Hospital in London at 6 a.m. Saturday. She traveled by car with her husband, Prince William, who is now at his wife's side at the hospital.
The baby, whose name hasn't been revealed, will be fourth in line to the British throne, following grandfather Prince Charles, father and big brother, Prince George.
